HOLYMOVES ABOUT ADELE PARTICIPANTS HAVE SAID HOLYMOVES STORE ARTICLES About Adele Adele has published a book on empowered sexuality which reexamines the history of attitudes towards sex, age and menopause as they have become embedded women’s bodies and psyches. After a career in professional publishing, Adele dedicates herself to her life-long passion in movement, meditation and body awareness therapies – and the inner soul journey. She has a special interest in the body-mind-soul continuum and in how movement affects our life. This enduring interest has been given intellectual structure and experiential expression through her on-going studies of Archetypal Psychotherapy and the applied consciousness teachings with the Tamboo Institute, run by Mordechai and Siobhan Brodie. Her training includes the range of Kadeisha workshops as well as extensive training in Archetypal Psychology. Adele’s particular interests include “sacred” dance, women’s mythology and Conscious Sexuality. She also practices as an Imaginal therapist based on her training with Tamboo, where ‘the formal academic orientation of Imaginal or Archetypal Psychotherapy is based on C.G. Jung’s psychology, as developed further by James Hillman and others. The integration of physical, emotional, intellectual and creative awareness … includes practices such as Yoga or similar disciplines, dietary and social awareness, study and meditation practice and developing a dialogue with the divine
