Allie graduated from Concordia University in 2013 where she obtained a BFA in Contemporary Dance with a Minor in Religious Studies. Her current praxis is centred around using repetitive sound meditations and movement scores in the hopes of changing the ways dance is commonly experienced. She is also a founding member and collaborator of Open Fortress Dance Collective who explore collaboration through movement and sound, as well as creating and showing physical performance in non-traditional “Dance World” settings. She is also member of the musical group DOOMSQUAD and co-founder of Heretical Objects Cooperative.
