Carol Dilley has been teaching, choreographing and performing internationally for nearly 25 years. Her performance credits include working with dancers, choreographers and companies in Barcelona, Spain; New York City, Costa Rica, Sydney, Australia and various the USA. In addition to creative performance work, Dilley has worked toward creating development opportunities for independent artists in the field. She developed a performance series for independent choreographers, Dance Briefs, in Sydney Australia in 2001 and was cofounding director of the ongoing performance series and dance association La Porta, www.laportabcn.com/ in Barcelona in the 1990’s and most recently F.A.B. Dance Showcase in Lewiston, Maine. She has a MFA in Dance from the University of Washington and a Graduate Certificate in Arts Management from the University of Technology of Sydney, Australia. Carol is Director of Dance at Bates College in Maine.
