Caroline Kleindienst is a registered somatic movement therapist and a Tamalpa expressive arts practitioner. She uses the Tamalpa Work, an intermodal expressive arts approach, created by dance and healing arts pioneer Anna Halprin and her daughter Daria Halprin. Caroline is a lifelong student of movement and stillness and has lived and studied with teachers and healers from different cultures and traditions, including Europe, Southern Africa, Northern America, and Hawaii.She holds a master’s degree from the Academy of Arts Vienna, Austria. Her creative work is strongly informed by her teachers Birgit Jurgenssen, Anna Halprin,Emilie Conrad,as well as various indigenous movement traditions.
