Awarded a diploma in 1991 of the E.N.M.D. of La Rochelle, Christophe Béranger joins from February, 1992 the CCN - Ballet of Lorraine as dancer - interpreter. It is from 2000 supervised by Françoise Adret then Didier Deschamps that his career is going to expand. He becomes an interpreter noticed by the CCN by participating in the creations of choreographers as Lia Rodrigues, Odile Duboc, Michèle Noiret, Karole Armitage, Russel Maliphant, Jean-Claude Galotta, Robyn Orlin, Yuval pick, Félix Rückert, Boyzie Cekwana among others … From 2000 he signs one of his first creations for the Ballet of the Young people of Europe. Since he choreographed about twenty pieces with which some are registered on the directory of the CCN - Ballet of Lorraine. He creates regularly for the other structures and the events. In 2001, he obtains the Diploma of professor's State of dance and makes a commitment in the transmission. He dispenses regularly Master's degree - classes, workshops in France and abroad. He quickly becomes the person gets fresh ideas for the cultural action in region of Lorraine but also during turned(shot) national and international of the company. In 2005, Didier Deschamps confides him the artistic and educational direction of the Unit of Occupational integration of the CCN then asks him to be his artistic assistant in 2010. Since January, 2011 he is coordinating artistic with Petter Jacobsson. He handles the coordination of all the departments of the CCN and assists the invited choreographers such as Faustin Linyekula, Mathilde Monnier, La Ribot for the season 2012/2013. Christophe Béranger is Knight in the Order of the Arts and Letter since June, 2003. He was decorated by André Larquié. During these last ten years, he developed his work of interpreter - choreographer - teacher - coordinator by creating links between practices, creations, teaching, and cultural policies. In 2012 he creates with Jonathan Pranlas " Still Live art " Platform of research and creation.
