About Me (human/individual)/interests, work..short bio/ THis is the most important. It is the only way to know that you are not a SPAMBOT!Be generous!

I am a dancer, choreographer, dance educator and permaculturalist based in Boston, MA, interested in where dance, movement, healing, permaculture and transformation intersect. To these ends, I am the founder and artistic director of Intimations Dance Company and co-founder of Our Permaculture Trip. I have a B.A. New York University in Dance as Transformative Pedagogy and a graduate certificate in dance education from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa. My work has been presented for the JOMBA! International Dance Festival, The Gallatin Arts Festival, OnStage Dance Company, and National Choreography Month Boston. I began training in contact improvisation and modern with Flatfoot Dance Company in South Africa, and have continued with PMT Dance Studio in New York City and the Avenue Collective in Boston, MA. Since 2006 I have taught dance for various community based organizations and schools including KZNArts Link, Buckingham Browne & Nichols, and Newton Community Education, and founded several dance development programs that used the arts to educate about the environment, including the Mboza and Magwa Environment Through the Arts Projects.
