Hello! I am a dancer/choreographer/researcher based in brooklyn, NY. My interests are in the (often tedious, but fun) games/puzzles yielded by physical and mental trainings. My current practice/research/curiosity involves inhabiting/reshaping the body through images and textures, while also sometimes rhythm. I received a Dance BFA from the University of California in Santa Barbara. I have also been in intensives with LINES Ballet and Batsheva Dance Co (with Adi Salant). My performing so far included Sokolow DT Ensemble, Matthew Westerby Dance Co, Project 44, Emily Johnson's SHORE, Noritoshi Hirakawa, Purring Tiger Collective, and Catherine Galasso's initial study of "Fall of the Rebel Angels." Have also presented work in Mare Nostrum's Emerging Choreographers Series Jennifer Muller’s HATCH, National Choreography Month (NACHMO) 2015, and Dance to the People collective.
