Petra Gemeinboeck does arts-based research across creative robotics, performance and feminist theory. In her experimental art practice, Petra explores the ambiguities and vulnerabilities in our relationships with machines and is interested in making tangible the desires and politics involved. Petra’s works have been exhibited internationally, including at the Ars Electronica Festival, AT, International Triennial of New Media Art at NAMOC, Beijing, CN; Centre des Arts Enghien at Paris; Foundation for Art and Creative Technology (FACT), Liverpool, UK; Gallery of Modern Art, Brisbane; ICC Tokyo; MCA Chicago.
