Rachael is an aspiring somatic psychotherapist, currently working towards her MA in Dance/Movement Therapy at Naropa University. She hopes to work with her community to inspire healing through re-connection of the body to it's natural cycles, the earth, and sensory experiences. She believes we must begin listening to the inherent wisdom of our bodies, in harmony with our environment, to blossom and heal as individuals, families, and communities.
