I make performance, multimedia installation and platforms for shared performance practice. These live encounters are embedded with questions about perception, time, presence, embodied history, materiality, and the complexities of home and belonging. A current project entitled ‘we are inseparable there is no time’ negotiates a secular dealing with ideology, prayer and gender division, and the polarizing capacity for nourishment and destruction within the natural world. Often described as quiet and focused with images that combine the strong and delicate, I hope that my work provides a space for heightened states of awareness and a way of accessing relatedness.
