Artist working in contemporary performance, time-based media and interdisciplinary arts. Born in 1974, Lisbon. . Degree in Sculpture. Focus on creation,creative documentary, performing arts and artistic investigation. Interested in narrative of instruction, direction and corporeality, my work and current research develops around the moving image within somatics and technological approaches. Since March 2014 i begin collaborating with Salud Lopez and Isabel Valverde's in Festival, Network Symposium, Corporealidades Post-Human, also the 5th, 6th and 7th edition of Hibrids Dance Festival (disclosure, audiovisual documentary record, introduction of online content, performance) Senses Places (aka zapa7ir) and CiLxjam in learning and practice of improvisation contact that has allowed me to shoot with regularity jams and other practices related to it. In 2013, i create Mindlisbon ( zapa7ir productions), a holistic digital company, expressionist and transformational, focused on film, improvise and reinvent concepts of new somatic movement practices related to technology, improvisation, transition and transmission of real and virtual time.
