I'm a cultural anthropologist. I have worked on French Louisiana music and I'm now interested in somatic practices in relation to music. I'm also working on a long-term project about the various and conflicted uses, appropriations and circulation of mindfulness, particularly the interface between secular and religious and the variety of approaches to meditation.I'm also open to new ways and methodological tools to do research on mind body practices, and present it.
