My intention is to bring divine light, divine energy, divine love, divine harmony and divine piece to the mother earth. I am here to inspire you to get again in contact with your own body, mind & spirit. My background: -I studied contemporary dance in Tilburg (Netherlands), Lier (Belgian) and Freiburg (Germany) -I get in complete tune with my body through Eric Franklin Method, Alexander Technic, Feldenkrais, Body Mind Centering etc. -I got a Yoga Coach in Yoga Vidya Dham, Nashik (India) 2008 -I traveled through India and visited different Yoga Universities for nearly 10 month in 2009/2010 -I got my Ayurveda consultant certificate in Paracelsus School in 2011 -I offer Yoga & Ayurveda treatments in Ayurveda Yoga Raum Dresden -in this moment I teach mainly Yoga groups and Yoga private classes for Relaxation -I offer Ayurveda treatments to get a connective feeling of every body part and an holistic understanding about body, mind and spirit -I live Ayurveda and Yoga daily, because my believe is, that only your own experience in your daily life gets you in tune with the truth around you
