I have started out as a computer scientist in peer-to-peer systems (sacrificing my dance classes in college - and now super happy that after decades I found dance-tech!). As applied researcher at Siemens had loads of fun applying p2p concepts and protocols to decentralized energy systems. In 2017 I saw the potential that new decentralized financial and business models could bring to decentralized energy.
