Steve Rodriguez began his dancing career with Merengue (8) Ocho in 2009. In 2010, he began to explore other genres; exposing his dance group to worldly forms: from Bollywood, African, to Brazilian Samba. In 2011, Rodriguez made his way to study dance at the University of California-Riverside: where he has worked with graduate dance students; and has also been part of the GLUCK Ensemble for two consecutive years. In March of 2014, it will be the third time that Rodriguez has participated in UCR is Dancing--the annual dance show hosted by the dance department.
