Véronique Langlott, dancer and choreographer. BA Dance studies at Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. MA Choreography studies at Fonty‘s Hoogeschool voor de Kunsten Tilburg. For my work I collaborate with artists of different discipline and a range of different media. I experiment with different formats of presentation such as stage work, installations and exhibition to present dance. In my work I use technology to translate dance into other media which I have experimented with in manifold ways by using 3D-Printer and Computer programs as devices. The objective of my work is to allow another perspective on dance through perceiving it by another form (media). I thereby aim to create an extended perception of choreography. I am interested to employ technology to play with the perception of the viewer and to provoke and question our habits of seeing and hearing. As a dancer I am interested in the use of technology as a tool for reflection and development on my movement material.
