Dr. Vida L. Midgelow is Reader in Dance and Performance (University of Northampton, UK), Director of The Choreographic Lab and Editor of the new Choreographic Practices journal (Intellect). Her research led movement works have been presented internationally. Her practice focuses upon somatic approaches to improvisation and movement/visual/sound installations. Recent works include: Threshold : Fleshfold, Still Rain and TRACE: playing with/out memory.
