2008: PHD in Dance Studies (thesis: myth and tragedy in contemporary choreography: Martha Graham , Virgilio Sieni). 2004: Master Degree in English Language and Literature (110/110) University of Siena, (thesis: the re-writing of the myth in the theatre of Timberlake Wertenbaker and Sarah Kane). Since 2002: professional training under the direction of artists and teachers of the international research theatre company Voyage du Geste in Italy, France, Lebanon, Portugal, Belgium. Since 2008 she teaches contemporary dance and dynamic stretching at Corte dei Miracoli (Siena), at Palazzetto CUS (Siena) and Fitness at Palestra CFC (Siena). She studies ballet and contemporary dance at Luogo Comune (Firenze), and she is part of the group of perfomers selected to follow the Projet L’immaginario del Corpo Presente 2009-2010 under the direction of Giorgio Rossi and Sosta Palmizi. Since 2006, she practices Yoga (Iyengar) and Qi Gong in London, Paris and Siena and Capoeira with the group Escola Regionao, Siena. Since 2007 she follows the teaching of Frey Faust Axis Syllabus Motor Principle. Artistic Professional Training: Theatre Professional training with: Fabrizio Cassanelli and Letizia Pardi (La Città del Teatro, Pisa), Bruce Myers, Claudio Morganti, Tapa Sudana, Francesca della Monica (voice), Marcel Marceau, Patrizia D’Antona (theatre, voice), Jurij Alschitz, Karim Dakroub (théatre d’object), Cie Subitopresto (technique Alexander, theatre), Marie Christine Wayreille, Maria Joao Serrao (singing, voice). Dance She studies Ballet, Contemporary Dance and Bharata Natyam with: In Italy: Maresa Moglia, Shri K. Mohanan, Vyjayanthi Kashi (Kuchipudi), Company Blu, Virgilio Sieni, Kirstie Simson, Massimilano Barachini (Release), Emio Greco and Roberto Zappalà. In Paris: Ménagerie de Verre and CND, Mica Danse especially with Marion Ballester (Rosas) and José Maria Alves (DV8 Physical Theatre) and at Studio Peter Goss with Peter Goss, José Cazeneuve. In London: The Place, London Contemporary School of Dance, Siobhan Davies Studio and GDA (Greenwich Dance Agency). In Wien: “Wien International Dance Festival” Impultstanz, with Frey Faust and Rasmus Ölme (Release, Parterning).
