i am a performer & visual artist with a circus and physical theater background. i am also a musician mainly keyboard/synth. i create performance installations in which performer and installation are engaged in a essential interaction ... together they create the work. i work with video/film and vhs, whichever medium fits the concept. next to this i am learning how to document movement/dance on video and film.this ranges from very plain filming a performance with a fixed camera to a much more abstract way of documenting.. think of pinhole or very close up ... the latter is where my main fascination lies.
