A metronome is setting the tempo. The lights are switched on. Four dancers enter the stage. They move in relation to the lights that are switched on and off. The dancers move in the dark, when the lights come in again, they hold still. The sound of their movements is recorded by contact-microphones, generating an own rhythm, which compounds with the sound of the metronome. We don´t see the movement of the dancers in the darkness, but we hear them and we read in their faces when the lights are switched on again.AFTERMATH is a performance, a game with different forms of reception. A reflection about how our detection is formed by seeing and hearing. The basic idea is to simplify all narratives and to play with classic scenic elements in their basic condition. Simple as a children game, AFTERMATH offers the spectator the possibility of meditation and reflection in time and space.Konzpetion & Choreografie / Conception & Choreograph: Lola LustosaPerformers: Lola Lustosa(BR), Silja Koivumäki(FIN), Topi Barbara Berti (IT), Antonios Vais (GRE), Eiji Takeda (CO)Licht&Bühne:Eemil Karila(FIN), Jarkko Räsänen (FIN) & Lola LustosaProduktion/Production: MUSTERZIMMER PRODUCTION
