This makes me think of Malcolm Gladwell's book, "Blink" about intuition and "thin-slicing a situation" in order to respond. It brings to the surface all our learned responses, state of presence and mindfulness. The situation forces us into action - advance or retreat. The "narrative" that follows along this syntagmatic and paradigmatic axe, feels spontaneous and enables us to respond in a seemingly imaginative manner. Most interesting video.
