At EAI on March 30th, 2011, a special evening took place with Dara Birnbaum, who screened and discussed her earliest media works, performance-driven videos produced in the mid-1970s.Rarely screened in public, these remarkable works—including the classic Technology/Transformation: Wonder Woman (1978-79)—of the late 1970s and '80s, which were restored by EAI, were presented together for the first time in New York as part of EAI's ongoing 40th anniversary programming.More info: http://www.eai.org/artistTitles.htm?id=430
