DanceDigital’s annual Emerge Artist Platforms returned to Trestle Arts Base this year, expanding its format to include two nights of performances and two installation works.Emerge: Platform was an evening of new Contemporary dance works by DanceDigital artists Nina Kov (Associate Artist) Matthias Sperling (Commissions Artist), Darren Ellis (Commissions Artist), Kinisi Dance Company (Bursary Artists) and Marguerite Caruana Galizia (Bursary Artists).Together, these artists represented a range of work from DanceDigital’s Digital Environments programme, offering insight into how Contemporary dance artists are engaging with cutting edge digital technologies.
