Work in progress for Realm of Reproduction, choreographic project by Christopher Engdahl. The full work features and stages different interpretations of a unique movement script/partiture written by Engdahl. Presented as a duet and performed by a different cast each time, these choreographic interpretations relate to each other as each performance is filmed and projected as a background for the next one, allowing the audience to dive into the mise en abime of movement material. Here version of Anne-Gaëlle Thiriot, part 1, performed in front of Southbank, London.

I enjoyed experiancing this, i liked the sounds, the occasional glimpses of pedestrians, and even liked the quite low quality production it added anonymity to what i saw. The dancer seemed very in their own world. I liked it when they took a bit more time for changes to happen. In this sort of reproduction its really not that important what the dancer does but the completeness of the whole picture. i watched till the end, often i dont.
