this is an extract from Steak House which I sound designed/composed for Gilles Jobin. The music for this piece is all realtime, coming from a G2 synthesizer built into a 50s Telefunken vintage radio box, with custom controllers mounted on the front panel, and realtime structure building software patches evolving the music. The dancers perform all the music changes and interactions during the piece, on stage. The music machine is called 'Angus' and can play records too. This is one of my favourite works that I made with Gilles.
