A few months ago, a new dance space dedicated to contemporary disciplines opened its doors in the heart of the Artsy Wynwood District in Miami, FL. Performer and choreographer Heather Maloney (director of the space) knew about the need, for contemporary dance artists and choreographers living in Miami, to have a spot where exchange of ideas and contemporary practices could be embraced and have a place to exist and grow.
