Workshop description:Limon Dance Company's Artistic Director, Carla Maxwell, will teach technique class followed by repertory workshop . 'Etude' is Carla Maxwell’s, “choreographic offering” to Limón, a short solo set to a Schubert lieder, and offers a distillation of Limón’s craft, style and passion.Class description:The Technique classes are essential preparation for the workshop. The classes are based on the key elements of the Humphrey/Limón Tradition and combine a strong technical base with a focus on musicality and freedom of movement.
