In this workshop we will go through an intense and experimental training in order to center body and mind together. 'Perception' will be the guideline, the road to follow to explore our potential and create the energy for a higher presence.
Get into deeper contact with yourself and your body, become aware of typical habits and movement patterns, start to trust your impulses in the very moment and discover new forms of expression.
As a performer, an artist or as somebody dealing with other people, you achieve authentic presence by being in tune with the energy of your surroundings, committing to the moment completely and opening up to the unknown.
