A one-week intermediate/advanced Limón Workshop with one of the world's legendary teachers, investigates the synergy of Limón's propensity for the dynamic, humane, organic, and Dr. Sweigard's contribution towards greater efficiency. The workshop's core topic, "Apollonian verses Dionysian," consists of a technique class followed by a repertory class.
