It also includes Voice Movement Integration a hands-on bodywork practice combining voice and movement to stimulate and organize the body’s physical-perceptual-emotional awareness.This course is the foundation course of the Certification Program in Vocal Dance & Voice Movement Integration which trains people to become Somatic Movement Educators/Therapists. It is recognized by ISMETA - International Somatic Movement Education & Therapy Association.The course meets for 5 long week ends from Friday to Tuesday over a nine month period from November 2010 to June 2011 for a total of 25 days.Course work includes:• Applying voice, movement and experiential anatomy in dance and theater improvisation.• Practicing bodywork techniques Organ Rebalancing, Craniosacral Therapy and Body-Mind Centering® with vocal and movement expression.• Certification Program leading to Somatic Movement Educator/Therapist recognized professionally by ISMETA (International Somatic Movement Education & Therapy Assoc)
