As a solo performer I am a text and movement artist -- a "talking dancer" and sometimes even a singing one. I am a dancer with a multi-ability dance company, Spitzer Dance Company. I'm also part of the loosely distributed Olimpias Project collective of disabled performers, and the International Guild of Disabled Artists and Performers. I am also on the Executive Committee of Alternate Roots (as the technology chair), a community arts & activism organization. In conjunction with Celia Pearce & the Digital Media Program at Georgia Tech, I am in the beginning stages of developing experimental technologies for disabled dancers to use on stage. Finally, I'm a member of the Atlanta Contact Improv collective.
