Nebahat has a B.A. in Political Science (1995) and a Masters Qualifying in Research in Gender Studies at Monash University (2000). During this time she was experimenting with theatre and physical movement in further attempting to explore issues pertaining to her academic interests. Her passion for dance & theatre led her to study at the Victorian College of the Arts where she completed her Postgraduate in Dance Animatuering (2003).
