YoungSoon Cho Jaquet’s choreographic work often involves objects that she manipulates. But this time she invites us to enter inside an object, in a white and inflatable structure, a sort of luminescent matrix nestled far from the usual frame of theatre stage. Between its walls the dancers’ bodies shape the elementary forms of a delirious and ever-changing furniture. The room is populated with half-men half-objects primitive creatures. Suddenly a home crystallizes, here and now.
