"ChatRooms" is a telematic performative installation that investigates sensing interaction and digital embodiment. The body images of two dancers were captured in real-time simultaneously in different physical locations (England and Greece). The dancers then interacted with each other by observing and manipulating their superimposed images on a single projection screen. Audience members were also invited to experience the virtual dance duet as active participants. A telematic sound performance by Maria Papadomanolaki (aka Dalot) was streamed live from a third remote location (USA).
