Training for the body as a whole to build up or hold a basic constitution.
Animal Movement uses the intuitive and efficient way animals move. It trains mobility, power, coordination and balance in a natural and humorous way.
MB Training (mind/body; muscle/bone) is based on (dis-)coordination, martial arts and dance technics. It makes the body ‘think’ itself, instead of only being lead by the brain.
Following dynamic, physical challenging and continuuous movements, the training aims to get the body out of its habits. Known / mastered movement sequences will be dismantled and pt together in another fashion. Similar to drumming, where hands and feet do different movements at the same time, we’ll move our bodyparts at the same time in different ways.
It’s about physical as well as mental speed and brings everybody to individual borders of balance, endurance and awareness for to open the body to new ways of movement. It’s not about ‘getting it’, moreover a search of the body, brain and senses for the borders of ‘not knowing’.
The training is not just for ‘professional movers’, but for anyone being interested in the body and its movements.

Flow of the course:
* warm up
* continuous movementstructure through space
* collective stretching with partner

Please bring warm socks and maybe a shirt to change for streching, as we’ll sweat a lot !
