The Performance Mix festival organized Mobile Clubbing. It was an spontaneous gathering for dance. The rules are show up at the designated place and time, turn on your personal stereo and dance.     I was on the bus watching people talk to the friend next to them, or stare off in the distance, or listen to their ipods or talk on their phones, and again I thought of this work.

    anthropological - - looking at these individuals occupying space together, but very much in isolated worlds ... It is a dance that reflects the current culture w/digital media
