Hello dance-techers, this is Marlon, the network producer. It has been a while since the last NEWS message and since them we have passed the 2000 members. A critical mass has formed in dance-tech.net, then it is very important that you create your own network within it.Explore the other members profile, or do an advanced search to find other members in your local/global community and invite them to be your friends or connection. In that way you can manage better your event invitations and other interactions within the site. Work the network!! You can customize your page and share your ideas, work and questions with blog posts, photos and videos, creating public and private groups and also developing and responding to discussion threads. Notice that when you organize you photos in albums they show in the home page. Your participation is what makes the site... Highlights Upcoming LIVE Broadcast: European Tele-Plateaus Performance from The Hellerau, Dresden, Germany, Saturday December 5th 2009 at 20h CEST (Germany time) on Dance-techTV New dance-tech.net interviews: -Watch more than 30 video interviews/performances produced in partnership with Festival Panorama de Danza celebrated in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil last November. Most of them in Portuguese and few in English and Spanish. -CYNETART 2009 Festival and the European Tele-Plateaus Project -On the Balkan Dance Platform with Sasa Asentic which took place in Novi Sad, Serbia from November 1st to 3rd 2009.     Next weekend we are shooting a combo of a dance film and 'trailer' for a live performance March 11-13 at Abrons Arts Center. After viewing these :30 seconds, you might agree it is a publicity 'stunt' in the greatest sense of the word.     a film showing and discussion about how new media and the internet can be used to spread ideas and "the word" for promotional purposes.
